Research Project and Travel Grant Proposals require a Cover Page, Budget and Budget Justification Page. Both the Cover Page and the Budget Page must be signed by both the student and the mentor. Unsigned proposals will not be processed. If the proposal includes travel a Conference Travel/Travel Supplement Form must be filled out also.
